Here’s a little something that seems to have snuck into Google Docs – publishing to a Blog! Create a document in Google Docs (like this one right here), click on the “Publish” tab on the top right corner, and on the bottom, you should see a “Post to Blog” button. You might have to enter your blog settings, but this is quick and easy. Within seconds, you should have a new entry on your blog!
So if you like to take your time and write drafts of blog posts, or just have the formatting/spellchecking/etc tools that are available in a word processor, this might be a great new way for you to post to your blog.
Today appears to be Windows Live day. Microsoft has released updated versions of Live Writer, Photo Gallery, and probably Family Safety, although I don’t personally use that one. This post was written with Live Writer, so I’m inserting an image or two,maybe some other media, and hitting submit. If you can see all of this, it worked!

iTunes just informed me that the 1.1.1 firmware is out for the iPhone. Here are the changes from the release notes:
• iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store
• Louder speakerphone and receiver volume
• Home Button double-click shortcut to phone favorites or music controls
• Space bar double-tap shortcut to intelligently insert period and space
• Mail attachments are viewable in portrait and landscape
• Stocks and cities in Stocks and Weather can be re-ordered
• Apple Bluetooth Headset battery status in the Status Bar
• Support for TV Out
• Preference to turn off EDGE/GPRS when roaming internationally
• New Passcode lock time intervals
• Adjustable alert volume.
I’m installing it right now, and will see how it plays with my third-party apps.
